E-learning or online training is a training technique based on the provision of educational content via electronic media : CD-ROM , Internet , intranet, extranet ... E-learning refers to the tools , applications and all content made available an intern for the purpose of educational training . Long reduced to CD-ROM media, e -learning has evolved and now uses the web and different applications. Contrary to what one might think , online training does not mean isolation. This solution also provides many opportunities for exchange and interaction.
