Es ce que quelqu’un peut me « traduire » ce texte à la forme interrogative au prétérit svp?

Mettre à la forme interrogative

je ne sais pas si tu dois utiliser des mots interrogatifs ou faire des questions yes/no.....

Du coup je te mets les deux..... les questions yes/no sont les 2èmes...
