Murder Riddle Someone killed Shauna on Sunday morning. The police know who they are going to arrest with this piece of information: April, the maid, was getting the post when she found the body.

Alyssa, the babysitter, was playing with the children when Reggie, the cook, asked her to come.

Reggie was preparing the meal when there was a shot.
Mark, the gardener, was planting flowers when he heard April scream.

1) Read the murder riddle and identify the different characters and their roles.

2) Pick out the alibis of the different suspects and try to find the culprit/ murderer.​

    Bonsoir, j'ai eu le même exercice :

    1)April =the maid(femme de ménage, servante)

    Reggie=the cook(cuisinier)

    Mark=the gardener (le jardinier)

    Alyssa=the babysitter

    Shauna=the victim

    2)Alyssa was with the children, so she couldn't kill Shauna.

    Reggie was cooking the meal and he heard a shot.

    Mark heard April screaming while he was planting some flowers.

    April was taking the post

    But we was on sunday and there's no mail on sunday, so April killed her

  • 1. April is the maid, Alyssa is the babysitter, Reggie is the cook and Mark is the gardener.
    2. April was getting the post, Alyssa was playing with the children, Reggie was preparing the meal and Mark was planting flowers.
    => So April is the murderer because their is no mail on sunday mornings
